Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders ship from suppliers within the United States.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Larger items such as 100W and 120W panel kits may take longer depending on your location.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes for larger panel kits.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not arrived within 3 business days of your order, contact us and we will chase it.

Delays: we do not control carrier delays or weather. If your order is late we will help you track it and, where a package is confirmed lost, replace or refund it.
