RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all cables, controllers and accessories included.

How to start a return: email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed. We will confirm the return address and any conditions in writing.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged in transit: photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the packaging — carriers require it for a claim.

Faulty products: ACOPower products carry a manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we will help you make the claim.
